• Language preference (Japanese / English)
• OAuth integration data (when signing in with a Google account)

1-2. Local Data Stored by the macOS App

The following data is stored locally on your Mac and is not transmitted to our servers.

• Session history (agent name, project path, start/end timestamps, exit code)
• Agent definition files (.md files)
• Agent memory (learning data persisted across sessions)
• Skill definition files (SKILL.md)
• Schedule settings
• App settings (appearance mode, language, window state, etc.)

3. Purpose of Use

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes.

• Providing, operating, and improving the Service
• Authenticating and managing user accounts
• Responding to user inquiries
• Sending important notices regarding the Service
• Addressing violations of the Terms of Service

4. Analytics and Tracking

The Service does not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel. We do not perform user behavior tracking or collect telemetry data.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We will not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

• When the user has given consent
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect life, person, or property, and obtaining consent is difficult
• When shared with service providers to the extent necessary for providing the Service (e.g., payment processing)

6. Relationship with Claude Code CLI

The App is a third-party IDE that works in conjunction with Claude Code CLI. It is an independent product from the Claude Code CLI provided by Anthropic, and has no partnership or certification relationship with Anthropic. Conversations with AI, generated code, executed commands, and other data processed through Claude Code CLI are handled by Claude Code CLI and Anthropic's systems. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to the handling of such data. We do not collect or store any communication content from Claude Code CLI.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. Access to our cloud database is protected by JWT token authentication, and payment information processing utilizes Stripe's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.

8. User Rights

Users may exercise the following rights with respect to their personal information.

• Request disclosure of personal information
• Request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information
• Request suspension of use or erasure of personal information
• Account deletion (available through the Service settings or by contacting us)

Locally stored data (session history, agent memory, etc.) can be deleted directly by the user from the file system.

9. Use of Cookies

The Service website may use cookies for the purpose of maintaining authentication sessions. These are necessary for managing login state, and we do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update the contents of this Policy as needed. The revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this page.
