Conclawd
The Extending IDE for Claude Code
Conclawd is a macOS-native IDE designed to unlock the full potential of Claude Code. It integrates everything you need for agent development into a single native app — from creating and managing agents, running multiple sessions simultaneously, automatically accumulating memory, sharing skills, to scheduled execution.
Key Features
- Session Management — Launch multiple sessions per agent simultaneously, switch between them with tabs, and resume from session history.
- Agent Management — Define agents as .md files with detailed configuration of models, tools, permissions, and prompts.
- Agent Memory — Automatically extract knowledge from conversations and inject it into future sessions. Supports pinning and manual editing.
- Skill System — Create skills as reusable knowledge packages. Bundle scripts and reference files for sharing.
- Scheduled Execution — Automatically run agents at intervals, daily, or weekly. Achieve unattended operation of recurring tasks.
- Project & Git Integration — Switch between multiple projects, manage Git branches, and browse file trees — all within the app.
- Integrated Shell & Editor — IME-compatible shell and syntax-highlighted editor. Supports drag & drop for images and files.
System Requirements
- macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later
- Apple Silicon / Intel supported
- Claude Code CLI must be installed
Architecture
Conclawd operates as a wrapper around the Claude Code CLI. Agents are defined as Markdown files (YAML frontmatter + system prompt) in the .claude/agents/ directory and loaded via the CLI's --agent flag. Skills are similarly managed as SKILL.md files within .claude/skills/.
Sessions run on a PTY-based terminal emulator (SwiftTerm), with process lifecycle management, Resume ID detection, and memory extraction handled in the background for each session.
